Welcome to The Little Kew Nursery, nestled in the charming Kew village within the beautiful Barn Church grounds. We are proud that Ofsted describes our nursery as a place where children “thrive and show a sense of belonging in this homely nursery.”
Inspectors noted that children are “happy to attend… arrive full of smiles and settle quickly,” building “positive relationships” and growing in confidence.
Our “friendly and inclusive” environment ensures that “all children make the progress of which they are capable from their starting points.”

Our aim
The aim of our nursery is to provide a setting which is safe, stimulating and nurturing. An environment where children are able to learn through play, and thrive through play based activities. This in turn fosters their emotional and cognitive skills. Which in turn prepares them for future educational journeys.
Our Values
We instill values such as honesty, integrity, gratitude, respect, and empathy. Our aim is to enhance children's cognitive abilities and foster a sense of fairness and responsibility. We believe that teaching these values helps children think of others and become selfless, contributing members of society.
